BRIEF 

To create a short explainer video that clearly communicates the methodology of the CEPF (City Engagement Process Framework), making it accessible and compelling to a range of internal and external stakeholders.

The film also needed to provide the audience with an understanding of the high-level values of C/Can that underpin this methodology and be designed to reflect the gravitas, importance and seriousness of their work.
